Payment collection and new paid subscriptions are disabled. Website prices, test ledger amounts, pilot reservations and sample documents are not proof of payment or an instruction to transfer money. Do not send money based only on a general enquiry or test record.
Future paid services
Before enabling paid services, the contracting party, final price, taxes, billing period, fulfilment scope, cancellation process and applicable refund rights must be disclosed in the purchase or engagement process. A separate property or professional engagement may have its own lawful terms. No blanket no-refunds rule is imposed here.
Unexpected charges
If you believe a company-related charge occurred unexpectedly, contact support@fornextgenlegal.com with the transaction date, reference and minimal supporting details. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or OTPs. We will investigate the relevant transaction and applicable rights. Mandatory remedies remain available.
