Who handles information
FORNEXTGEN GLOBAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED · CIN U63122HP2026PTC012778 operates this project. Jasveer Singh is the authorised company and grievance contact through support@fornextgenlegal.com. This notice describes the present website and fictional pilot, not an uncommissioned real-world service.
Information processed
Information may include account name and email, password hashes, authentication factors, account permissions, sessions, support correspondence, security events and records deliberately submitted to the workspace. Workspace records are limited to the assigned project’s fictional stays or cases and their workflow history. General enquiries should contain only a short non-sensitive description.
Purposes and choices
We use information to provide requested account access and workflows, protect accounts, respond to enquiries, maintain recovery copies and meet applicable duties. Optional processing must have an appropriate basis under applicable law. Do not submit third-party data without authority. Marketing consent is separate from essential account messages; these pages do not enrol anyone in promotional campaigns.
Storage, providers and transfers
The application is hosted on Railway. Essential email is sent using Resend, from noreply@fornextgengroup.com to your registered address, with the project support mailbox for replies. Encrypted offsite recovery uses Google Cloud. Enabled Legal document workflows use a malware scanner and may send selected fictional material to Google Vertex AI for drafting; PMS does not send reservation records to that Legal drafting workflow. Providers may process data outside India; this notice does not promise India-only storage. We do not sell personal information or claim that providers can never access data.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained as needed for the requested service, security, legal duties and the configured recovery cycle. Test records should be removed when the pilot purpose ends. An account or case deletion may not instantly erase security logs or encrypted rotating backups. Legal preservation can delay erasure. Contact us for the applicable retention position or an account-specific request; no indefinite archive is promised.
Your requests and security
Contact Support to request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal where relevant or grievance review. We may verify identity proportionately without asking for passwords or OTPs. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain available. Encryption, permission checks, MFA for administration and scanning reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report suspected exposure promptly.
Children and changes
This service is intended for adults, not children. Do not submit children’s personal data through the fictional pilot. If you believe it was submitted, contact Support. Material notice changes will be dated and communicated where required. Rights and duties apply according to their statutory commencement and territorial scope.
